about
In the very last minute, Julia Rakel and Matilda Wiezell (singer of Melby) have together created the bittersweet 2020 Christmas anthem 'Next Xmas'.
The track came to life after Stockholm based Matilda started writing a christmas song, the Malmö based friend and label mate Julia Rakel hquickly jumped aboard and at a distance the two of them have created a bittersweet Holiday tune inspired by this incredibly bad year. As they together sing, "To hell with the news and to hell with this time of year, to hell with restrictions, fast forward to next Christmas".
‘Next Xmas’ is out now on all digital platforms via Rama Lama Records (Melby, Julia Rakel, Steve Buscemi's Dreamy Eyes, Guds Pengar, Kluster B, Gula Blend etc.).
